About Us

The Department of Geriatric Medicine at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) created this website with support from the Central Warehousing Corporation under its Corporate Social Responsibility scheme. The aim is to provide health awareness to the ever-growing elderly population in India and elsewhere. 

This web portal offers holistic information on older people’s physical and mental health and social well-being through real-life interviews, webinars, interactive videos, and informative presentations. 

A multidisciplinary team of doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, psychologists, and dieticians is responsible for collecting and compiling content for this portal. 

The portal provides reliable information on various aspects of elderly health domains and encourages older adults to adopt a healthy lifestyle by which they can attain successful ageing.
